Melissa is a pre-teen (11-12), teen (13-18), adult (18+) and family Registered Psychotherapist. Her approach to therapy is holistic and client centred, with focuses in Attachment Theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). She also integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you find a balance and flow of what will help you reach your full potential.
She strives to make her office a safe space that is non-judgmental, where you can be heard, maybe for the first time in your life.

Clinical Supervision
(Individual and Dyadic)

Clinical supervision for RP (Qualifying) and RPs with CRPO (these hours can be used for your required hours with CRPO to obtain independent practitioner status).

Able to supervise clients 12+, couples, and individuals.

Special focuses on ADHD, ASD, and teen clients available.
FEES:
Individual: $180 for a 55 minute session (no HST).
Couple: $190 for a 55 minute session (no HST).
Clinical Supervision: $180 per hour of supervision**

Psychotherapy services are covered by a number of private health insurances. Please check with your health insurance provider for allotments and claim procedures.

I am able to direct bill for NHIB members and CUPE EAP members.
**The fee for dyadic supervision can be split between both therapists.
CURRENT WORKING HOURS: Tuesdays 4:30PM to 8:30and Saturday 8am to 12pm
CANCELLATION POLICY: If it is necessary for clients to cancel an appointment, they should do so at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled session. Appointments that are missed or are cancelled with inadequate notice will be charged the regular session fee. Clients are responsible for providing 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation/no show fee.
